To activate click on ‘Start Karein’ on the homepage here. Follow the steps mentioned to setup (it will take then less than 2 mins), once done you will receive your Ki Dukaan link, where you can start collecting payments

How can I change my bank account for payment settlement from Ki Dukaan?

You can reach out to your ‘Ki Dukaan’ representative or drop a mail to care@kidukaan.com with the subject title ‘Bank Account Change Ki Dukaan’ from your registered email id along with your new bank account details

How can I get my Ki Dukaan QR Code?

You can reach out to your ‘Ki Dukaan’ representative or drop a mail to care@kidukaan.com with subject title ‘Request for Ki Dukaan QR Code’ from your registered email id

How am I notified of successful payments?

Customer will show you a successful payment screen. You will also receive payment success SMS on your registered mobile number.

What is the settlement cycle?

Our settlement cycle is T+1 day. We typical transfer all payments received from the last day to you at 11 am the next morning

I didn’t receive my settlement/payout?

If you haven’t received the payment please write an email across to care@kidukaan.com, a representative will connect with you and look into your grievance.

How would I know when Ki Dukaan has settled my payments in my bank account?

Upon the settlement of your payments. You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number that your payment has been transferred to your bank account

How can I receive payments from my customers through Ki Dukaan QR Code?

You can ask the customer to scan your Ki Dukaan QR Code or share your Ki Dukaan link with your customers. The customers can choose from two option ‘Pay Now’ or ‘Pay Later’ to get the pay you.
